ACE Live Board Certification Program

The ACE Board Certification Program is an expertly crafted 8-week course, tailored to deliver certified corporate director education for business professionals. Enrollees will acquire the competencies needed to excel as board members while gaining practical strategies to secure corporate board positions. The curriculum encompasses board governance, financial literacy, board appointment strategies, executive presence, corporate board member roles and responsibilities, independence, and risk. Upon completion and successful certification exam passage, participants earn the Certified Board Candidate designation from Corporate Directors International (CDI.D). Personalized coaching sessions are incorporated, and each class features a limited enrollment size to ensure individualized attention and focus.

LOGISTICS:

The Live ACE Board Certification Program is a two-part program, offered in a 4-day workshop and then 6-8 weeks later, a full-day workshop, graduation and a certification exam.

PART I: Virtual Training of 4 Days: For best focus and learning experience, we start with a 4-day intensive training in retreat virtually. The 4 days in retreat allow for focus on the board topics at hand, time for working on your board readiness, connecting with your peers in your cohort and also time to expand your board value.
HOME STUDY: The 6-8 weeks in between Part I and Part II of the program is your Home Study and will be time for working on assignments, accountability meetings with partners, and 1:1 coaching to maximize your personal board profile.
PART II: In-Person Workshop: The final day is an intensive deep dive into some of the more technical things you need to know as a board candidate and member. At the end of the training day will be graduation. The certification exam will be circulated upon completion of the program.
TUITION: Program fee is US$11,995 (Early Bird is US$9,995) which includes tuition, coaching sessions, books, class materials, workbook, and CDI (Corporate Directors Int’l) Certification Exam.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition payment is required prior to the program start date. It is important that you contact us in a timely manner if you must cancel or defer your attendance. If you need to cancel or defer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 30 days before the start of the program to defer to another session within a 12-month period. Program fees are non-refundable, but attendees may defer to another session within the next 12 months. If the attendee is unable to defer to another session within 12 months of this registration, the tuition payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Image Rights

The client(s) as named above and signed below shall hereby grant permission to ACE LLC the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.

Usage and Sharing Agreement

The client(s) as named above and signed below shall hereby agree to refrain from using or sharing or duplicating any of the content, experiences, and the manner in which it was delivered and provided by ACE LLC or CDI LLC to any other parties. The content has been developed for the programs and products are owned by ACE LLC and CDI LLC and it is appreciated that the client(s) respect and honor the efforts it has taken to create this unique experience. I hereby agree to refrain from using or sharing any of the content, experiences, and the manner in which it was delivered and provided by ACE LLC for purposes other than my own use.
