Why does it say a lesson is locked?
Each lesson contains important information that relates to the next lesson. It's important that you watch each video in order to get the most out of this primer series. As you work through each primer video the next lesson will be unlocked.
Why has the video paused or why is it lagging?
The most common reasons for video issues are browser compatibility or Internet speed. If you're experiencing a lag in the videos, first check to make sure that your browser is updated to the most recent version. We recommend using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome for the best video streaming experience. If you're still having issues, check your Internet speed (click here for a free test) to ensure that your connection is fast enough to support streaming videos.
How long will I have access to the series?
The ACE Board Primer Series for women gives you 60 days access from the time of your purchase. The ACE Online Board Certification program gives you 150 days access from the time of your purchase. If you need longer than that, please contact us.
Where can I get more information on the Live Board Training Certification program?
